We ship fast and we ship with care. Here's everything you need to know about getting your Timid Fabrics order to your door.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Free Shipping — on all orders over $50
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, check your email for a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Order page anytime to see real-time updates.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming — stay tuned!
Shipping Delays
While we meet our delivery windows the vast majority of the time, occasional delays due to carrier issues or high-demand periods can occur. We'll always do our best to keep you informed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and in safe-drop locations first. If you still can't locate it, email us at timidfabrics@zohomail.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
